some disappointments with the stay
stuffy room broken coffee machine
i found some issues . the room felt a bit stuffy since the window did not open. also, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing. there wasn't enough food available for all of us and one of the coffee machines always wasn't working. clean utensils were hard to find too.

The hotel is very close to a tram stop. It made commuting easy. the breakfast was great! there were plenty of options to choose from, and it was actively replenished. the staff was friendly and helpful. i thought the price was a great deal for what i received.
the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable. it took up a lot of space when it was opened.

The queen room was nice and spacious. it had wardrobes and a bathroom stocked with plenty of towels and soaps. the television was big. The bed was really comfortable.

The reception staff was cute! they allowed us to check in early and late. this helped a lot since my daughter had a knee injury and needed extra time to get ready. I appreciated their flexibility.

the hotel offered a gym! also, it included the option to leave your luggage after you checked out. there was a st paul's tram stop around the corner, taking you to the city centre in ten minutes.

Solid stay near the Jewellery Quarter
hot food clean room convenient tram
The breakfast included a waffle maker and various hot food options. I found the room quite clean upon arrival. The location is convenient. The tram station around the corner made it easy to get around.
The coffee cups next to the machine did not fit very well, but i got used to it.

The staff members were friendly and professional. They provided quick assistance and were helpful with directions. I appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any request.

The room was clean. I found an iron and ironing board in the room, nice. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. I had a single bed and was happy with the stay.

The location is near a tram stop, a considerable advantage. The breakfast included various options and catered to dietary needs. The twin room i had was spacious with better beds than i expected.
The reception sometimes lacked staff, causing delays upon check-in.

shower base water leak
i had issues with the shower the base allowed water to leak onto the floor there weren't enough towels to properly clean up the overflow this needs a better design to contain the water
